Ainsley Anderson – Account Executive
Prior to joining Frontier Talent, Ainsley managed a large portfolio of school uniform accounts for Lands’ End, developing relationships with administrators and introducing them to the benefits of working with an industry leader. Ainsley’s time at Lands’ End was preceded by a career in real estate management. While attending the University of Wisconsin at Madison for Theatre & Drama, Ainsley worked in retail for REI and Banana Republic. Ainsley found her time with REI particularly educational and she developed a passion for many of the outdoor brands that Frontier Talent now represents. Ainsley and her husband, who has a master’s degree in wildlife ecology, have a passion for nature. In her free time, Ainsley enjoys honing her theatrical skills as both actor and director, and she and her family enjoy hiking, camping, prairie restoration, and watching wildlife.

Mike McVay – Executive Recruiter

Mike spent just over 13 years in the infantry as a member of the United States Marine Corp, and is a combat Veteran. After getting back from his combat in Iraq, Mike got involved with his local high school football team as a coach. Clayton Reed- Executive Recruiter

Rob Aurit - Executive Recruiter
After earning his degree at the University of Wisconsin and working in the sales industry, Rob moved to Montana with his wife beginning an adventure that lasted nearly a decade. He worked so that he could play in the outdoors gladly trading his canoe for a whitewater raft and campsites along high-elevation lakes. Rob finds great success in working with the brands that fuel his passion for the outdoors.

Clint Gray – Executive Recruiter
Clint’s love of the outdoors came naturally as he grew up in a remote northwestern Montana valley. He attended Montana State University in Bozeman, earning BS and MS degrees in Fish and Wildlife Management. After college Clint started an outfitting business near Sandpoint, Idaho and for the next 11 years divided his time between operating that business and contracting in the natural resource industry.
Clint is now using his education, experience and contacts in outdoor industry and natural resource management to finding the very best candidates for positions within those fields.
